Acceptance
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.
Service Scope
ncflow provides browser-based tools for file import, geometry preparation, nesting, export, project storage, and related manufacturing workflows. We may improve, modify, replace, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate and current registration information.
- You are responsible for account credentials and all activity under your account.
- You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or security issues.
- We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the account is being misused or creates risk for the service.
Subscriptions And Billing
Paid features may require a subscription. Prices, billing periods, trial periods, and renewal conditions are presented during checkout or on the pricing page. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Acceptable Use
- You may not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or security-testing activity without authorization.
- You may not interfere with the platform, bypass access controls, scrape the service at scale, or upload malicious code.
- You may not use the service in a way that infringes intellectual property or confidentiality rights of others.
- You remain responsible for verifying files, machining strategies, tooling, and machine outputs before production use.
User Content
You retain rights to your uploaded files, drawings, and project data. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up, and transmit that content solely for operating and improving the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use such content.
Intellectual Property
The service, including software, branding, interface, and related materials, remains the property of cadcamsoft s.r.o. or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service or any related intellectual property rights.
Availability And Support
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, third-party outages, or events beyond our control may affect availability. Support is provided according to the plan or channel offered at the time.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-available basis. CNC, CAD, CAM, and manufacturing outputs must always be independently reviewed by the user before machining or production use. You are solely responsible for machine setup, toolpaths, material choices, safe operation, and final manufacturing results.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, cadcamsoft s.r.o. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, production time, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service or cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, or where necessary to protect the platform or other users.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, excluding conflict of law principles. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in the Czech Republic.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
